They tell you that CLEARLY during the checkout process. Nearly every order I have made I received a call to confirm and notify to me it was shipped. That is an excellent service. If something gets impounded by customs they typically are very helpful responding the issue. Every product I have ordered worked identically to the prescription I was given in the states.
